Red Dragon Patio Wok

Honey, how about a bar-be-que’d stir-fry for dinner tonight? As a former professional chef, I can tell you that while cooking on the bbq is fun, most run-of-the-mill bbq’s don’t provide the high heat needed for many types of cooking. Well, American company Flame Engineering has solved that with their Red Dragon Patio Wok, providing outdoor chefs with the ability to prepare via stir-frying, tempura, deep frying, boiling, steaming and more. From their website…
Our special 49,000 BTU burner provides high cooking temperatures, the secret to real oriental cooking. The Patio Wok is unlike other cookers that use traditional, round, cast iron burners that weaken in the wind and do not provide sufficient boiling power. Patio Woks incorporate a single torch burner which applies a high powered, concentrated flame to the pan providing the heat needed for consistent cooking.
The Wok-1A pictured here retails for $155 USD at the Amazon mega-mall and there are double-burner models available as well.
