I’m starting to get sick of frying my eyeballs on my CRT monitors, so I’ve been keeping my bleary eyes peeled for what’s happening in LCD world, and here’s a cool set-up recently announced by BenQ.

The FP202W is a 20-inch widescreen LCD display that BenQ claims is the world’s first 20-incher to deliver an ultra-fast 8ms response time. I’m sure we could dispute that claim, as we could the claims of BenQ’s competitors, but it’s still impressive. In addition to the response times, the FP202W also offers resolutions of up to 1680×1050 (WSXGA+), a 600:1 contrast ratio and sports both VGA and DVI inputs.
