Cary over at Office Freaks (which, by the way, is turning out to be a really cool gadget site) did a post last Thursday about this little gem, the eNook. Here’s a clip from the eNook product page:
It’s called eNook and it’s a very multi-talented workspace. First off, eNook has channels for you to plug in and charge your electronic gadgetry - like your laptop, cellphones, PDAs and digital cameras.
Then just flip it up to store your gear and keep it out of sight. Or flip it down and you have a handy desk. Even eNook’s fabric covered back panel serves as a bulletin board.
So it’s great when you don’t have a lot of space. Or when you just need a cubby. And eNook has multiple color and fabric combinations to match any decor.
It’s rather expensive at about $400 USD and anyone with basic woodworking tools, a workshop and a weekend could probably bang one out lickity-split, but it’s a great little space saver nonetheless.
