Elecom just released a new USB memory key, but what makes it different is that instead of the normal flash memory you’d expect, this one sports a .85″ mini hard disk drive!

The Elecom MF-DU204G Mini-HDD USB Memory Key has a capacity of 4 gig, measures 68×30x13mm and weighs in at about 44 grams.

Edit: Gizmodo sez - “Japan-only at this point and it should sell for $220 and has built-in security.”
