The flash MP3 sound maker, look-a-like iPod nano, YP-Z5 from Samsung is now available for pre-order at Amazon.

Samsung presented two versions of the the YP-Z5 at CES in January, those being the YP-Z5A with 2GB, and the YP-Z5 with 4GB, featuring a 1.8inch LCD display, supports MP3 and WMA formats, and has great battery life holding up to 35/288 hours.

If you are wondering about the looks of YP-Z5 and start thinking about iPods, don’t worry because there are other hundred MP3 players that follow that trend. What is interesting in this case, is that the designer of the Samsung Z5 is an ex-Apple worker who also helped with the design of the original iPod, a.k.a. Mr. Mercer - more about this on slashdot

Besides the 2GB and 4GB versions already presented, Samsung made a surprise and included a 1GB version for sale. So, what about the prices…
