If only I had a Shotcha Bandolier to wear during the new years eve, or for that matter, in any other day I go out for a drink or two, it would be a success.

Grab a bottle of your best liquor that can be consumed in shot glasses, I’d recommend Martini from personal experience. Fill up the glasses, take down the shots and do your thing. If you have the Shotcha Bandolier there is no need to go into a bar just to drink some shots.
