June 1, 2006 | In: Breaking News, Cellular Phones

Nokia – a major manufacturer of boots for the military (some years ago*) – have announced today that the shipping mode for the Nokia N72 is on code green.
The N72 comes with the usual 2MP camera, music player, browser, FM radio, BUT unlike the other N series, it doesn’t feature 3G.
Two colors available: for the girls they come in pink, for they boys the color is black.
No info about the price, yet!
Pekka Pohjakallio, from Nokia, comments:
The Nokia N72 allows you to tailor your multimedia device to match your interests, whether music, imaging or entertainment content, all in a stylish design you will be proud to own
And here is another interesting detail, that means no USA market.
The Nokia N72 has started shipments to key markets worldwide, including the Middle East and Africa, Russia, Eastern Europe, mainland China, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Mobile Gazette has some good notes about the Nokia cellphone, describing the differences between N70 and the N72
PS – After the cellphone getting some scratches, don’t forget to use the Ice Creme
