Cook Egg with Cellphone

I didn’t know that it was possible to cook an egg by only using two cellphones, an interesting concept to say the least. After reading some info and checking the photos I became obsessed with the project and decided try it out myself, just kidding…

Props to Vladimir Lagovski and Andrei Moiseynko, journalists from Russia that conducted the experience with a successful result. The idea is to “create a simple microwave structure as shown in the picture” and the rest is science working. They came up with interesting results:

After, 15 minutes: The egg became slightly warm.
25 minutes: The egg became very warm.
40 minutes: The egg became very hot.
65 minutes: The egg was cooked. (As you can see.)
