At IFA - the Consumer Electronic trade fair happening right now on Berlin (Germany), Philips have announced a new Spyke phone (VOIP841) which doesn’t need to be connected to the computer in anyway in order to work. It can be connected directly to the internet connection and still makes cheap Skype calls. In other news, Philips have also confirmed the making-of on 3 new multimedia headsets designed for VoIP calling, games, music and video. No information about the price is available.
