Yahoo Autos Green Center
Yahoo has launched a new website inside their network dedicated for Green Cars and their overall quality. The project is called Yahoo Autos Green Center and rates cars from 1 to 100 depending on how environment friendly they are, the factors for the rating include gas emissions, polluting exhaust and fuel economy.

On the other side of the news, it seems like Yahoo is trying to mix social media with this website because some of the content being displayed is produced by readers + info from Yahoo Answers; they also have a forum that the interested green car people can take advantage of by making questions to green car owners.

Can this be Yahoo strategy to trick people that they care about the environment? Or just another website to make more money? The question stays on the air, while you are thinking don’t forget to visit the Yahoo Green Center and check what they have to say about the Toyota Prius which is the highest ranking green car.

PS – to help you answer the previous question you must know that Yahoo switched their normal employee bus into a bio-diesel vehicle.
