I’m 95% sure this is a first of a kind gadget, it is a combination of headphones with a iPod dock which I consider to be a bit strange and not very practical to use.
The NeoTune (developed by RWC Corp Japan) only works with the latest 2nd generation iPod Nano but support for the latest iPod Shuffle is on the works. It is available in either black or white for $43, since it looks like a Japanese-market-release-only on the 1st of December, you might have to wait a few weeks/months to buy it.
But before getting a NeoTune think about all the weight your head will have to support, after a few hours of continuous use there can be a hangover effect going inside your head.
