Romi Robot

Another day, another robot.
As always it comes from the Asian area more specifically Korea, this product will be exhibited on the upcoming world famous tech event – CES 2007. Anyway, ROMI has some cool features for a normal robot, but not what you’d expect for a 2007 automatic machine:
- Voice activated system – it will probably comply to your orders better than a dog, but a dog isn’t a machine so… I expect the robot to grab the newspaper like it happens on the movies, if dogs can do this so can robots

Video transmission – useless or not? Probably not. This is done by using a Wireless/CDMA connection so it is probably good for when you want to watch a video and have a robot following you around.
- It seems like it also has some cleaning features, so that is probably the only good feature…
