Nintendo Wii USB Remote Charger

With the Nintendo Wii being a great success worldwide mostly due to the new way of playing games – using the Wii remote – and lets not forget its (cheap) price, it is with no surprise at all that I see Thanko coming up with a product for the Nintendo gaming system.
Since the Wii has a USB port, why not have a simple base that acts as a recharger for the remote? Yes, so simple but yet there aren’t many devices like this one, at least that I know of. The time differences when charging the remote via the Wii and with this USB charger are notable, 3.5 hours and 2 hours, respectively.
Price? 3,280 Yenes which is something like $27.
