Prelude:
This post is part of the experiment of playing with scammers for real – read Part 1 and Part 2 to get up to date.
But if you want the basics – I’m exchaning emails with a scammer and publishing the emails here. I want readers to contribute with what I should write to him, so feel free to make a comment…

On the previous email sent to “Mou Xinsheng” I asked for some kind of confirmation to make sure I was talking to the real minister of China.
The email was sent 3 days ago and I didn’t receive a reply, so I sent another email today and surprisingly there was an answer within minutes.
The bullshit excuse he found was to send an obvious fake passport that you can see here.
Along with the fake proof, he sent some (very personal) questions that I’m suppose to answer so I can be introduced to his bank and lawyer. Anyway, here is the email:
Hello,
This is to acknowledge you that I have received your mail. I live in a communist state and am government official, this reason has make me be very careful, As regard to you mail I am really Mou Xinsheng. Due to my personality and security I will not be able to get you my phone number. In order to proof to you that you are dually with the right person I am going to attach a copy of my passport. My Dear I have arranged with a lawyer to assist you in transferring the fund to your account safety through the bank funds managers after the name of beneficiary of money have be change to your name. My dear I really need your commitment and trust toward this transaction.
You are to send to me the following information below.
1). Your full names.
2). Are you married?
3). What is your age/sex?
4). What is your profession?
5). Send your phone and fax numbers and Address.
6). Are you an orphan or have you orphan friend or Relative?
7). Valid Driver license or passport?
8 ). Country.
When you answer the questions and send me more of your information I will introduce you to the bank and the lawyer.
Please keep this business secret.
I wait to hear from you soon.
Best Regards,
Mou.
Of course I will reply with personal fake information as well, but I’m still going to try to have some kind of communication besides email, I seriously want to record a phone conversation but don’t know if that will be possible.
Mou says he isn’t able to give me his phone number due to “personality and security” reasons, so what I’m going to do is get a cheap card and give him my number. That way he can contact me easily.
I’m also going to wait a day or two before replying to those 8 questions, until then, sit tight and wait for part 4 of this real experiment.
PS – Any ideas? You know the drill… comments!

Perhaps you should tell him you have been very lucky in business and have several accounts, including both american and off shore accounts, and as such unsure which details would be best suited for his purpose!??however you would like a larger cut, 30% instead, perhaps this will hook him in a bit more and possibly give you a chance to eventually talk to the little bugger!!!
