Why have a normal web cam when you can have one with a shape of a dog? To make it more interesting the “robot dog” can have different positions: sit, crouch, lay down or stand up normally.
Now, when comparing the technical specifications of the RoboDog Cam with other webcams (think Creative) you might understand why the latest is better, but you need to understand that for the price of $22 you can own a low-end yet original webcam – your choice what to do with the money.

- Interface formats: 640*480, 320*240, 160*120

The “Body & Legs” of that model look a lot like iCybie which was suppose to be a cheap Aibo knockoff…
I have an iCybie and he’s fun but “He’s no Aibo”…
hahaha
