Yamaha NX-A01 – The Cube Speaker

Yahama has released a new speaker in Japan codenamed NX-A01 and made specifically for all kind of mp3 players (not iPod only). The difference from all the other speakers is the shape which is not common to see – a cube/block.
The NX-A01 comes in a stylish black (or white) with green (or orange) LED lights located on the top to display the volume and other information, sadly the “sound power” is very weak – 4watts x 2channels – and it isn’t a portable device due to the AC adapter that is the only source of energy to the speaker.
How to connect mp3 players to the Yamaha speaker? Just use the 3.5mm plug and that is all. Additionally there is also a bluetooth receiver so you can listen to songs from your cellphone or any other bluetooth enabled device.
