Subvert and Profit – How To (Not) Game Digg

Subvert and Profit

Subvert and Profit is a new “internet service” that helps people make their website(s) reach the front page of digg, the trick right here is that S&P (subvert and profit) acts as a black market in which there are advertisers that pay $1 per each digg, and digg users that get paid $0.50 per each digged item.

Think of it as the easiest way to make money online which pays .50 cents at a time just by clicking a link. It is not legal in the eyes of Digg, and there have been similar websites in the past trying to do the same thing which led to some banned accounts on the big site, and I guess that is what will happen to Subvert and Profit. I give it less then 2 months for the site to shutdown, users getting banned, and another failed attempt to game a site with lots of “power”.

My great analogy:

It is like paying the border patrol mafia cops (S&P) to let you get inside a country (digg) without a passport.
