Nokia 5070, A Cellphone For The Kids
April 4, 2007 | In: Cellular Phones, General

The Nokia 5070 is just one more cellphone in the world, but Nokia decided to try and make it different by having a specific target market – kids, or youth as they like to call it.
It will cost close to $130 which is a lot when comparing to the Kyocera MARBL that is priced at $30, but the specifications are a bit different and that is where the contrasting value difference makes its mark.
So what can the Nokia 5070 offer? A display with 65 thousand colors and a 128×160 resolution + FM radio + MP3s as ringtones + Java games + web browser to surf the net + camera (no info about the number of megapixels) + a considerable low-weight of 88 grams.
Additional info:
Bundled with a battery good for 3.5 hours talk time and 12 days standby, the Nokia 5070 will be available in red and blue starting Q2 2007.
