Sony E Series – New MP3 Players
April 11, 2007 | In: General, MP3 Players

Sony has come up with a new breed of MP3 players classed as the E Series. In my opinion it has everything to become a hit, and maybe this time there will be a war against the iPod Mini.
It starts with the design which is suppose resemble a USB Flash drive, overall it looks pretty simple but good, and the OLED screen gives that extra touch of coolness.
Unlike what happens with some small mp3 players (aka iPod Shuffle) in which you can’t view what song is being played, the scenario is different with the Sony E Series, thanks to the OLED screens of course.
Other features include:
- Storage Capacity of 1GB, 2GB and 4GB
- Can be used as a normal USB flash drive (like it happens with 67% of the all the mp3 players)
- 1 minute of recharge equals 1 hour of playback

[...] The player can handle any kind of USB device with music in it (like the Sony E series) and supports storage capacities of 32MB to 2GB. The Juke Tower also features a LED screen to display track information on a red color, and for the sake of usability the commands – play, stop, next, and others – are located on top of the tower. Instead of singing in the shower you will actually listen to some good music. [...]
