Instead of the same old boring speakers that everyone (and their grandma) already know and got used to, here is a new sound system that wants to deliver more stuff other than sound.
The Expandable Audio System developed by Audiam is an expandable and integrateable solo component for audio-systems with which one can play and manage music, video, picture and text data files.
How does it work? By using “data carriers” - think of USB flash drives, memory cards, and maybe even mp3 players. What I like the most in the Audiam system is the display, it looks pretty good in terms of design and easy to use.
