The small remote control called Real Guest Response System has 4 buttons that can be used for different situations which can occur inside a movie theater, like noisy people for example. If someone is making too much noise and therefore disturbing you, just press the Noise button and the warning will be sent to the manager’s pager. In theory it looks pretty useful, but practically there can be some flaws…

The other 3 buttons are suppose to be used in case of piracy, sound/image problems, and other disturbance.

PS - The Regal Guest Response System is given to “premium members” of the Regal Entertainment Group theaters on the US.
