PSP2 improvements and launch details

PSP2 – Portable PlayStation 2 – was unveiled today at E3 during a Sony conference. While the new portable gaming system doesn’t bring any new technology, it does have some good points.
The improvements can be resumed to 6 details with the most important one being the last:
- 33% lighter
- 19% slimmer
- improved battery life
- improved game loading times
- enhanced feature to temporarily store game data from UMD, reducing load time during game play
- video out function so you can connect the PSP to a TV and watch the content (aka play games) on a big display
As for the prices, release dates, colors and more details:
- the first PSP2 will be release during September and has the original (Piano) Black color.
- the second PSP2 will have the (Ice) silver color and come with the Family Guy series on the UMD. A 1GB memory card is also included.
- the third PSP2 will be white colored with the Star-Wars theme and instead of the comedy cartoon series, it comes with a movie to match the theme – Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron.
Both PSP2 models will cost $200.

It sucks that the PSP2 will not have a camera and 8g of space I was really hoping that it would.When will the silver PSP2 launch the same time as the black one.

yo enouh wit all the slim and thin dickeat off of nintendo bullshit….the real question here is does the new psp have a built in flash player to let you stream videos off of youtube unlike the first psp.

its not a PSP2 dont call it that its just a redesign of the first one. they remake the same system better right before they make a part 2 of a game system so they can get more money.
