Sofmap Digital Olive – Good looking portable audio player

The Chinese company Sofmap has announced a new kind of portable audio players named Digital Olive.
The small speakers can either work as unique sound system when put together, like you can see on the picture above, or can also be a 2-speaker system when they become separated, as the image on the bottom proves it.
In order to play music there is a USB port to connect your MP3 player, or a SD memory card slot that should contain the audio files. It only supports 2 kind of files – MP3 and WMA.
Since the output power only provides 3W, there is an option to add external speakers to get more sound power. The LCD screen displays the information you need to know, and it has a 2-color LED system.
As for the Sofmap Digital Olive price – $50 – and it comes in 4 colors: silver, pink, blue and black.
