While most companies on the mobile market are interested in cellphones, PDAs, and alikes, Motorola has other ideas in mind and launched new walkie-talkies, also known as two-way radios. They are named TLKR T3 and TLKR T5, and can be the perfect gift for a family member in case you live in a huge house, it will probably solve lots of communication issues.
The TLKR T3 is the low-level model made for “young people”, it features up to 20 hours of battery life, a 5Km range, a LCD display, and last but not least, 8 channels to pick the best frequency.
On the other hand, the Motorola TLKR T5 is the best model on the series so far. Made for “independent adults”, it has a 6Km range and a backlit LCD.
The T5s can be used in voice activated mode and offer hands free functionality, you can select from five different call tones and three different colors of handsets - available in black, blue and red.
