The Philips WAC3500D was previously seen at IFA, but during this month, the new wireless audio system that costs £300 (close to $600) will be officially released.

Included in the Streamium category, the WAC3500D comes with a hard-drive that has 80GB of capacity, which means that you can store almost 1500 CDs worth of music. Using the wireless technology, you can listen to the music in 5 different Wi-Fi stations.

The same digital audio track can be enjoyed simultaneously in each location or, alternatively, independent track selections can be streamed to each of the five Wireless Music Stations.

Additionally, the Philips WAC3500D features an iPod dock, an USB interface, and an internet radio connection in case you get bored from your own music. Instead of storing the music on the internal HD to listen to music, you can also play MP3 and WMA files just by using the drag’n'drop system on your computer.

The center includes a 2x 40W RMS Class ‘D’ digital amplifier, large driver compact 2 way speakers, Dynamic Bass Boost and a Smart Equalizer.
