Bluetooth spam legalized on the UK

Some spammers go to jail, others see their job becoming easier thanks to the UK folks that “legalized” Bluespam. In case you don’t know what I’m talking about, bluespam is a kind of spam that is sent via bluetooth to your cellphone.
The real term isn’t really “legalized”, but after reading the following explanation you’ll see that the final result is the same.
Technically, they didn’t specify that it was OK, but rather, they removed Bluetooth as a medium that requires opt-in from consumers, allowing unsolicited spam to be delivered at will.
So, did you ever receive bluespam? I didn’t, yet! But if you live on the UK, prepare yourself to get bombarded with spam if you forget to turn off the bluetooth connection.
