What are they thinking to ask for such fancy price for an underperforming piece of plank on wheels. Cannot use to climb steep roads, cannot use in wet weather and the low profile tiny rubber wheels are bumpy and very dangerous too. Basically jogging speed. At $400 bucks it was barely a entertaining toy and fell far short of the tool I wanted to use to commute the mile and half to the train station and back daily. Can't recommend their products or customer support.
