Bang & Olufsen BeoSound 6 – Overpriced MP3 Player?

October 25, 2007 | In: MP3 Players

Bang & Olfusen BeoSound 6The new MP3 player made by Bang & Olufsen named BeoSound 6 really looks like a beauty, but I fid it difficult to understand why it is priced at $600. The Bang folks mention the following reason which seems kind of hard to believe:

Very clear and pure CD sound quality, due to its high performance on signal to noise playback” when compared to existing devices.

Anyhow, one of the cool details is that the Beosound 6 comes with a stainless steel frame that works like a case. Thankfully, it includes a scratch-proof glass display, unlike other players on the market – iPo *cough*.

The battery life is good up to 40 hours and the screen display resolution is still on the low-mode, only 128×160 pixels, but that should be enough.

Thanks for your review of the new phone from B&O
but I MUST insist on that you correct the brand name, since it’s mispelled. The correct name is BANG & OLUFSEN … it’s VERY important, especially when you’re from Denmark, where B&O has its headquarter

LOL

Thanks
