She's a big fan, great sound quality for both listener and the person she's talking with. She likes the fact that it leaves her hands free for typing or writing. Personally I would prefer one that was stereo so that it sounds a bit better when I'm listening to music but all in all a very useful bit of kit! 4/5 I got one of these for my wife.
