Since today we are on the topic of wristwatches, I thought this Video Watch deserved a mention as well. In terms of video quality, it should be much better when compared to the wristwatch+cellphone.
Anyhow, the OLED screen measures 1.5-inches and offers a 128×128 resolution, not bad for a wristwatch, right? Two of the details that impressed me were the built-in flash memory, with 2GB, and the good battery life that can hold on for 8 hours while in playback mode. In case you need to recharge the watch, just connect it to a USB port.
Besides videos content, it also supports JPEG images, plus MP3 and WMA sound files. For $124, I bet almost everyone considers this a cool & geeky Christmas gift.
Easily controlled by sleek buttons on its side (skip, volume, mode, play and pause), this amazing little gizmo even has 5 equalizer modes for audio playback. And speaking of sound, you can listen in using the included earphones. It’s like having a portable cinema wrapped round your wrist. Sort of.
