OQO E2 – Ultra-Mobile PC
December 10, 2007 | In: Laptops Notebooks
OQO has recently announced its latest ultra-mobile PC, codenamed E2. In terms of wireless connectivity, the small device features Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and HSDPA – a normal, yet good combination.
In the technical specifications department, the E2 boasts a 1.6Ghz VIA processor, a 5-inch WideVGA screen that provides a 800×480 resolution, 120GB of storage capacity, and 1GB of RAM memory.
When the keyboard – which includes a thumb-operated joystick – is closed, the e2 works as a tablet PC. It has touch-sensitive horizontal and vertical scrollers in the screen frame, and can also be used with a pen – it has to be an active stylus though, as the screen is not touch-sensitive.
Priced at £1,290 (with Windows XP) on the UK.
