If you are interested in a MacBook Air Case, or like they call it “MacBook Air Sleeve”, Belkin has a couple of options. Since the MacBook Air was presented at MacWorld 2008 by Steve Jobs a few days ago, the protective cases/sleeves aren’t made yet, so expect them to become available in the very near future.
At Belkin there are 6 (coming soon) different sleeves for the Air, with prices going from $40 to $50. The design and color changes from sleeve to sleeve, while some are normal, others have a shoulder strap, or a band, or are made from different material, like Leather/Neoprene.
Keep your MacBook Air protected without adding any bulk. No zippers or magnets, just slip in your MacBook Air, flip over the top and you are ready to go.

1WaterField has a nice custom-fitted case for the MacBook Air as well. They are already shipping them–mines in the air somewhere. (pun not intended.) They also just emailed me that they have a new HardCase for the Air as well. Good company quality-wise and great customer service.
