BenQ MIDSince the MWC 2008 is a hot topic, let me talk about a new product presented by BenQ, more specifically their first MID - Mobile Internet Device.

It comes with a touchscreen that measures 4.8-inches, and provides a good resolution for such a small device - 1024×600. For the internet sessions the BenQ MID features WiFi and HSDPA.

One of the most important details the shaking system, in other words, you can shake the device and the menus will pop up. A low-quality webcam (0.3-megapixels) and a Silverthorne processor from Intel are also part of the deal.

Sliding your finger across the screen makes the startup icons on the desktop kick into action, and the screen is big enough for browsing websites without having to tilt the screen horizontally for a better view.
