So far I’m pretty happy with my current LaCie external disk designed by F.A. Porsche, but the new device called Mobile Disk makes me think twice before buying another storage solution.

The latest LaCie product is small, stylish, powered by USB, and available in 5 different capacities: 80GB, 120GB, 160GB, 250GB, and the biggest - 320GB. Since being mobile is one of the main features, its weight is only 170 grams, which is light enough to carry around easily.

Along with the LaCie Mobile Disk comes the LaCieSync software for synchronization and encryption functions, and also the 1-Click software for backups. The prices go from €80 for the smallest 80GB model, up to €190 for the biggest 320GB version.
