While some companies are more interested in creating small laptops for a “cheap” price, LG still goes for the traditional route. Their latest laptops are on the XNOTE series, and are codenamed R700 and S900.

Due to the screen size of each laptop, 17-inches and 19-inches, I bet the products can be considered rather heavy, but taking in consideration all the details, maybe it is worth it.

Technical specifications of the LG XNOTE R700 include 3GB of memory RAM, a hard-drive with 250GB of storage, an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, and a video card powered by NVIDIA - the GeForce 8600M GT. It will cost close to $1,700.

The S900 has a bigger 19-inch screen and is less powerful on some departments, like the RAM memory that only has 2GB, and a graphics card by ATI. The processor is most probably the same, while the hard-drive can handle more data with the 320GB of space. Priced at $1,400.
