Sharp worked in cooperation with Willcom to create a Ultra-Mobile PC, and the final result is the Wilcom D4, also known as WSO16H.
The tiny computer looks rather good from the outside, featuring a cool design and a mere weight of 400 grams, but according to the Akihabara folks, the problem is in the inside because the Centrino Atom Z520 processor running at 1.33GHz isn’t good enough to run Windows Vista. In other words, Vista is too “heavy”.
Anyhow, the Willcom D4 features a 5-inch LCD touchscreen (stylus included), with 1GB of memory RAM and a hard-drive of 40GB. The wireless connectivity is done by Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth, and the multimedia tasks are done by a 2-megapixel video camera.
The D4 has an external Bluetooth phone which allows you to place calls (PHS) or use Skype.

1This is finally a UMPC worth purchasing! I hope this gets the other OEM’s to realize we do not want thumb input nor pen input man purse geek toys.
