Samsung had already talked about the upcoming (at the time) monitors at CES 2008, and today they have officially announced the prices and release dates.

The new series are called Touch of Color, and as the name suggests there is a lot of color-related-technology, such as MagicColor, MagicBright, and to finish off in style, MagicTune. The specifications change from model to model, the less powerful feature 2miliseconds of response time, while the better ones got 5ms. The other difference is the inclusion of a HDMI port on the best models.

The prices can go from $260 up to $600, with the latter one being a 26-inch monitor codenamed T260.

The Touch of Color monitors by Samsung will hit the shelves on the end of July.
