TG has released a new portable media player for the Korean market, codenamed CP-1000. With an approximate price tag of $460 and a good combination of features, this can be considered the PMP that everyone wants.
In terms of features, the CP-1000 boasts a RMI AU processor at 700MHz, plus 128MB of memory RAM, and a 4.8-inch LCD touchscreen that provides a 800×480 resolution. For the multimedia parts, we’ve got a TV tuner, T-DMB for TV on the go, and compatibility with audio - MP3, WMA, OGG - and video files - WMV, MPEG, DivX, and more.
Unfortunately, this seems to be a Korean release only, so as it always happens on Europe and the US, we’ll have to wait a couple of months (maybe years?) to buy the TG Sambo CP-1000 at the local retail stores.
