The Mark of Fitness MF-180 can be seen as a wristwatch with plenty of special functions, all of them related exercise and monitoring your performance.
It has similar features when compared to a pedometer, which means it can count the number of calories burned among other information, like the heart rate. To make the final numbers as close to reality as possible, users can setup a profile with their basic details – age, sex, weight, and height.
The Mark of Fitness Exercise Monitor contains other goodies, such as being water resistant, having an “electro luminescent display”, a stopwatch, and displaying the time, day, and date.
- Simultaneous display of heart rate and percent of maximum heart rate
- Unit displays calories burned during exercise
