LaCie Little Big Disk Quadra – 1TB

The Little Big Disk Quadra is already a good storage system made by LaCie, but they were able to improve it by increasing the storage capacity to 1TB.
In case you don’t know, the Quadra is a good looking external hard-drive with 4 connection modes, more specifically USB 2.0, FireWire 400, FireWire 800, and eSATA. The best transfer speeds can be achieved while using the eSATA mode, in this case it goes up to 110MBs. On the other hand, if you make use of FireWire, the speed goes down to 80MBs.
In the inside you’ll find two hard-drives of the 2.5-inch type, which makes the final cost of the 1TB Quadra model approximately $600.
Mac users require Mac OS X 10.2.6 or later, while Windows users must have 2000, XP or Vista.
