Sony Ericsson has recently announced a couple of new mobile phones, and one of them is the C905 which can be seen as a camera phone.
Unlike other “so called” camera phones that have a 5-megapixel sensor (or less), the C905 is on top with a 8.1-megapixel camera. According to Sony Ericsson, this is the biggest resolution yet on a camera phone, can you believe it?
Anyhow, on top of the big number of megapixels, it still has xenon flash, digital auto-focus, face detection and image stabilization - almost everything you need to shoot good photos on a phone. Additionally, there is a GPS system that can be used to geotag the photos.
North American version, the C905a, will support HSDPA-based 3G Internet access on AT&T in the US and Rogers in Canada, while the C905i and C905c will target data support internationally and in China respectively.
No information about the price.
