HP Blackbird 002 PC – A small beast or something more?

June 24, 2008 | In: Desktop Computers

HP Blackbird 002 PCHP has presented their newest beast also known as Blackbird 002 PC. It will be officially released during the summer, and the prices can go from $2,300 up to $6,500 – it all depends on your selection of components after picking the foundation.

The standard Blackbird 002 boasts a Quad Core Intel processor at 3.0GHz, 2GB of RAM memory, 160GB on the hard-drive, and a dual NVIDIA GeForce 8800 ULTRA, which means it is more than enough to play games, right?

- If it isn’t sufficient, just add 2GB of RAM (SLI Ready) for $250 and it will have a total of 4GB.
- In case Windows Vista Home Premium is not your preferred choice, you can chose the Ultimate model by adding another $100.
- And on last case, the maximum storage capacity is 5TB.

The specs on this machine are wicked but I think I am in love with the design even more. Some how they have managed to make it’s chasis (which is apparenty made of alumium) look super super sturdy while staying really light.

Adding it to my wish list.. hope someone answers.
