VIDEO: Plastic Logic DEMOS their eReader

Plastic Logic’s full product demo is now online, and you can see it in the video above. The device is insanely thin, and looks very, very impressive. I’m still waiting for e-ink to go color (as is the rest of the world) but a device like this might be too tempting to pass up if the price is right.
