Nokia Working On Wi-Fi Charging
June 11, 2009 | In: Cellular Phones, News, Nokia
Nokia is currently working on a solution that would mean you would never have to use a phone charger again. Sounds like science fiction, right?
The electronics company is working on bringing the new universal micro USB charger to all of its cellular phones as well as using a panel of scientists to discover a way to charge via Wi-Fi.
The idea would be to take advantage of the radiation emitted via Wi-Fi transmitters and converting that into energy to charge your phone’s battery. Now whose talking science fiction?!
