2009 MacBook Pro Fixed!

UberGizmo has it that the 2009 MacBook Pro has been fixed! Hooray!

The reports of MacBook Pro’s hard disk performance has been diagnosed as a software problem and can now be remedied with the EFI Firmware 1.7 patch which should restore the SATA speed to the full 3.0Gbps it was intended for.

Three cheers for not having to throw away this MacBook Pro!!! Hip Hip Hooray.
