Best Laptop Company Tech Support

Laptop Magazine did a great test recently on which company that produces laptops has the best overall technical support, with the final word being Apple yet again.
The mag made two separate calls to each company’s tech support teach one during peak hours and one after. The support questions were pretty basic, such as how to change notebook settings.
Apple received an A for their commitment to customer service while Acer, Dell and HP received C- marks. Does this pretty much hold true to your experiences?
