Barnes & Noble Nook e-Reader Launches

Well the Barnes & Noble e-Reader is here so the rumors were true.
The B&N Nook is here and being tauted as the “most advanced e-book reader” in all the land. The Nook measures 7.7- x 4.9- x 0.5-inches and weighs in at 11.2 ounces. The gadget supports one-touch control and swipe-to-browse books as well as including a top e-ink display with color touchscreen.
