MIT FlyFireLED Helicopter Robots FlyFire

MIT has recently created a program that synchronizes hundreds of mall helicopter robots to make floating 3-D artwork in the sky.
The new project, called FlyFire, enables micro LED-equipped helicopter-robots to hover in the sky creating a programmed image such as these faces. Although only a few of the FlyFires can stay afloat for a time, the technology will only get better in time, by which point I’d like a 3D girlfriend.
