Skype & Facebook Partnership?

The word on the street by some fly by night publication called the Wall Street Journal is reporting that Skype and Facebook could be joining forces and integrating their communication protocol.
How it would work would go something like this: Skype users would login to Skype with Facebook connect and then be able to talk with their Facebook pals directly from Skype.
It sounds to us like Skype would send data to Facebook, which would act like a gatekeeper and postal office to deliver the data, but that’s just speculation. It has been suggested that voice and video would also be integrated somehow, down the road. This is convenient for Facebook, but it’s absolutely great for Skype. We wonder what the terms are because Facebook has such an upper-hand in the negotiation.
