There’s a new way to floss your teeth and results are overall fairly positive.

The Philips Sonicare AirFloss was created to give your flossing fingers a break and provide your pearly set a way to quickly and efficiently get rid of those germy in-between-teeth plaque pellets and food.

A team of Israeli scientists are currently developing a Date Rape Drug Detector that looks like a straw and can tell you whether your drink has been spiked by comparing a database of commonly used date-rape drugs.

If you’re in a dark club, not to worry, a red light will come on to indicate you’ve been the victim of a drugged drink.

According to the scientists, “The drug itself is reacting with this chemical formulation and the previously clear formula becomes dirty and when the light shines it you can detect it. You don’t have to do anything but dip it in your drink.”

This unique device should be on the market in about a year or so while the developers scramble for funding and distribution.
